Bookings & Cancellation Policy

B-Ks Motor Lodge advises that the following cancellation policy applies for all reservations: All reservations must be accompanied by either:

• A Valid Credit Card
• An Advance Deposit

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charge. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. Alterations to reservations at special event times may result in the whole reservation being cancelled.

Check In/Check Out

Check in is from 1pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is by 10am on the day of departure. Early check in or a late check out may be available by prior arrangement.

Smoking

All suites in our complex are smoke free. Ashtrays are provided outside the suites for your use. Please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the suite we will engage a specialist cleaning company whose charges will be passed onto the registered guest.

General

Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss in income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

Accounts

All accounts are payable on departure. Corporate charge accounts are available by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.
